Andrew has been a practicing attorney for over 27 years.  He has helped his clients in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, employment law, first party insurance law, bankruptcy, immigration, criminal and general civil matters.  Andrew has settled small car accident cases up to multi-million dollar personal injury cases.  Andrew is a former litigator and trial attorney.  His vast experience and diverse background allow him to have a unique perspective when helping to resolve disputes.  Andrew thinks outside the box when trying to resolve matters and conducts his mediations in a fair and equitable manner.  Andrew has strong interpersonal skills that allow him to develop trust and confidence quickly; this allows the parties to feel assured and comfortable during the entire mediation process.  Further, being fluent in Spanish has also allowed Andrew to effectively communicate with clients and build strong relationships throughout the South Florida community.  

Andrew strongly believes in the mediation process and believes that all cases can get resolved without having to go to trial.
