circuit AND FEDERAL rates

• $500/hour for 2 party mediations.
• $200/hour per party for multi-party mediations (3 or more parties).
• There is a 2 hour minimum for half day mediations.
• There is a 4 hour minimum for all day mediations.
• If Mediation Statement submitted is 4 pages or less then there is no charge for that review.  If Mediation Statement and other documents are more, then the review for this is billed at the base hourly rate.  
• Pre or Post mediation telephone calls are not billed.
• No charge for travel time for mediations.
• Travel related expenses such as hotel, car rental, Uber, or airfare, if any, after agreed upon by all parties, shall be invoiced at the actual charge.

CANCELLATIONS:

• There is a 7 day cancellation policy.  If the mediation is cancelled outside that window, then no fee will be charged.  But, if the mediation is cancelled within that 7 day window then a 2 hour cancellation fee will be assessed.
